Villa Koutalas has convenient access for its residents with free parking in the courtyard.
Maisonette 150 sq.m. two rooms, with comfortable and easy access from all sides of the house.
The first floor is 75 sq.m. it consists of a bathroom with all amenities, a dining room with a comfortable wooden traditional table for 8 people, a living room with spacious sofas and armchairs, a fireplace, smart tv.
The whole area has the perfect view of our crystal clear swimming pool and the Cretan sea with the wonderful port of Souda and the Cape of Chania.
It also has a large fully equipped kitchen. With a marble staircase we go up to the second floor to find three bedrooms each with its own balcony and with unobstructed sea or mountain views.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with double beds, comfortable mattresses for a nice and restful sleep, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV.
There is also a fully equipped bathroom, with marble walls and a shower, as well as a kitchenette, fridge and washing machine.
Outside there is a pergola with a traditional tiled roof with stone pillars, with a stone wall and pillars, a wooden ceiling with tree trunks, a rustic oven, a charcoal bbq, a stone trough (washing machine approx. 800 years old). There you can enjoy your food in nature and fresh air with the beautiful and comfortable wooden table.
If you are traveling with children, the outdoor areas are fenced and safe.

Koutalas beach is one of the most picturesque natural harbors of Crete. With easy access for a quiet and incredible swim in the clear waters of the Cretan sea, amidst wild nature surrounded by caves.
The nearest village is Kokkino Chorio and in the nearby seaside village of Almyrida, you will find a number of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs. The villa is located right next to the picturesque beach of Koutalas. At 200m you can walk to a beautiful cave or just discover any other easy and exciting route, such as walking to the nearby lighthouse at 800m. The villa is located in the area of Apokoronas, known for its picturesque villages and the traditional way of life of its inhabitants. This is why many travelers and expatriates choose this area for their vacation or to spend their retirement years.
